Return and Refund Policies
If for any reason you are not satisfied
with one of our bears, we will cheerfully accept its return
(at your expense) within ten days of receipt to

Please include your name and
address as well as the reason why you are unhappy with the
bear. Upon our receipt of the bear, we will credit your
credit card for the cost of the bear. Sorry, shipping in
both directions is not refundable.
The first bear in our "Bear
of the Month" series may be returned if you are not happy
with it and the remaining bears in the series will be
cancelled. After the first month's shipment has been
fulfilled, you must contact us prior to returning any of the
remaining bears in the series. If the series is cancelled
prior to completion, the credit will be calculated as if you
were ordering individual bears. |
